My app and device are not syncing. 🔄 What should I do?

Oh no! We are sorry to hear you are having connectivity issues. Let's try these steps first:

  • Make sure you are connected to the internet.

  • Check your phone’s bluetooth is turned on.

  • Turn on your phone’s location services. Some Android phones require location to be enabled for bluetooth to register properly.

  • Completely exit the Starling Medical app.

  • Leave the bathroom and return in a few minutes.

Once connected, a quick series of rainbow lights (calibration) appear and a solid green light 🟢 indicate your device is ready for use.
