Android users - Sometimes
For Android users, some Android phones require location to be on for all bluetooth verifications to be valid. This means that if your phone asks for location, then you should allow it, therefore allowing your phone and the Urindx to connect.
Please press and hold the Starling Medical app > click on the information button (ā¹ļø) > click on Permissions and make sure you select "Allow."
