Almost never! Location is not needed in almost all circumstances. For Apple users, the location is never needed for connection or the app to run properly. For Android users, some Android phones require location to be on for all bluetooth verifications to be valid. This means that if your phone asks for location, then you should allow it, therefore allowing your phone and the Urindx to connect.
Android users - please press and hold the Starling Medical app > click on the information button (ℹ️) > click on Permissions and make sure you select "Allow."
