Does my smartphone's bluetooth need to be on? ✔️

Yes! In order for your smartphone and UrinDx (ur-in-dex) to communicate and identify you as the user, your phone’s bluetooth will need to always be enabled.

Apple users - please go to Settings > Bluetooth > Make sure the device is “connected.”

Android users - please press and hold the Starling Medical app > click on the information button (ℹ️) > click on Permissions and make sure you select "Allow."
