Prior to receiving UrinDx (ur-in-dex), you may receive an onboarding email with the subject line "Welcome to Starling." Within this email there will be a link to download the Starling Medical app and set up your account.
If you are unable to locate this email, it can be easily resent to you by contacting the Support team by calling 800-343-5346 or emailing [email protected].
You can also download the Starling Medical app from the App Store on your iPhone or the Google Play store on your Android phone. Search for “Starling Medical.” Once downloaded, you will be promoted to put in your phone number so we can link you to your account.
Keep in mind you will have to be connected to the internet and allow for bluetooth and location services to be always enabled.
