Your UrinDx (ur-in-dex) score is available on the Starling Medical app's home page. Results are personalized to you after a week or two of samples have been submitted.
If you have previously seen your score and now don't see a score, please refresh the Starling Medical app by closing it out and re-opening it.
If you still don't see a score, it may be because:
You have not confirmed the sample was you -> navigate to Home Page
You have not provided enough samples.
You did not take your phone to the bathroom with you - the UrinDx-Lite will not wake up.
Your smartphone and UrinDx did not pair. (UrinDx-Lite will blink blue 🔵.)
You did not wait for UrinDx-Lite to show a green light. 🟢
UrinDx-Lite may need to be cleaned. (UrinDx-Lite shows a red light 🔴)
