So if you see UrinDx flashing alone late at night, don't worry, it's checking we're all good to go for the next day!
When you bring your smartphone to the bathroom:
If UrinDx is clean, it will blink a green light! 🟢
If UrinDx needs to be cleaned, it will blink a red light 🔴
If your device is showing a red light, 🔴 please clean your UrinDx. If after cleaning the device the red light persists, please contact the Support Team for advanced troubleshooting via the website, chat with us on the app, or call us at 800-343-5346.
