Let's try these quick steps first:
Bring your smartphone to the bathroom where UrinDx is installed.
Make sure you are connected to the internet.
Check your phone’s bluetooth is turned on.
Turn on your phone’s location services. Some Android phones require location to be enabled for bluetooth to register properly.
