As part of your ongoing care, you will have a standing monthly telehealth call with a Starling Care Team Member.

During your monthly call, your coordinator will check in to see how you're feeling and ask about any new symptoms or changes in your health, especially related to UTIs. They will also ask questions about your overall health to help your care team understand your needs. Your coordinator is there to provide support, answer any questions you have, and communicate with your provider if needed to make sure important health changes are addressed. These calls are designed to help you stay healthy, prevent complications, and keep your provider informed so you get the care you need.

In between these calls, the Starling Care Team is reachable between 8:30 and 5pm for any care relating to urinary tract infections.

If you have questions about the Starling Medical app or UrinDx, please reach out to the Support Team via the blue bubble located on the bottom right hand side of your screen on the website,Β chat with us on the app, email us at [email protected], or call us at 800-343-5346.
