Patients can call and leave a message to request a call with a coordinator, and we will return their call. During each check-in, we will also schedule the next call together. If enrolled in text messaging, patients will receive reminder texts for upcoming calls and can confirm or reschedule. Patients do not need to wait for their scheduled call and can reach out anytime if they would like to speak with a coordinator sooner.
During this monthly telehealth call, you will exclusively discuss health information, which includes your UrinDx score and any symptoms you may be experiencing during the past month.
