For best results, please watch the full video before beginning your UrinDx installation.
Step 1
Ensure your smartphone with the downloaded app is open and within 5 feet of the UrinDx-Lite (ur-in-dex-light) device during the entire set up process.
Step 2
Remove UrinDx-Lite and provided anchor from the shipping box. Inspect for any damage (scratches, peeled off adhesive, cracks, broken parts, etc).
Step 3
While holding the UrinDx-Lite device turn it over to reveal the power button. This step is only required when turning on the device for the first time. Hold the power button for 3 seconds until a blue LED turns on 🔵. Your device is now on.
The device will stay solid blue for 5 seconds and will turn off if it does not recognize a smartphone nearby.
If the blue light is off, it means the device went into power saving mode.
To retry pairing, open your Starling Medical mobile App and ensure bluetooth is on.
Step 4
Once the device is paired with your smartphone, it will begin blinking green, this means it's ready to use.
If you see a solid red light, the device is not working as intended. Please contact the Support Team by calling 800-343-5346, emailing [email protected] or by clicking on the blue bubble on the lower right hand portion of your screen on the website or chat with us on the app.
