We understand that others may need to use the bathroom where UrinDx-Lite (pronounced ur-in-dex) is installed. A patient must have an established Starling user account to use UrinDx. UrinDx uses the Starling mobile app to recognize the user when they are within 10 feet of the device. Multiple people in a household can use the device if each has their own account. There is no need to remove the device from the toilet for other users.
