When you are ready for UrinDx to scan your urine sample for analysis, you can press "Capture Sample" in the Starling mobile app.
Press the Capture Sample button after the following:
Sit down and aim for the green light on the device
Wait until your urine has "pooled" around the opening of the sample collection.
Remember, the scan only takes a few seconds so do not feel rushed to press it right away.
If you don't see proper pooling of urine in your device, it could be that the angle of UrinDx is sloped down too vertically. Give us a call at 800-343-5346 and we can help you assess your optimal angle.
