Aha! We knew you were going to ask how to maintain an awesome UrinDx score. 😉 Here are a few suggestions:
Read the user’s manual carefully. We understand this is new technology and the Starling Medical team has worked hard to make sure it is very easy to use from the comfort and privacy of your home bathroom.
Setup UrinDx-Lite in a toilet you use most often. This will allow for you to not even have to think about it and it becomes part of your normal bathroom routine.
Place UrinDx-Lite in the recommended front part of the toilet. Installing the anchor and UrinDx on the middle front part of your toilet bowl to you will ensure the device is capturing your urine sample and clean water when flushing.
Use your UrinDx-Lite multiple times a day. By using your device every day it learns to recognize your health patterns and can better identify normal levels or a possible risk of infection.
Avoid missing several days in a row. The UrinDx score tracks your baseline to give you more accurate results.
We understand you might be away from device for a few days. Simply reach out to the Support Team via the Starling Medical app or website, so they can place a temporary pause (Vacation Mode) on your device.
