Call your Starling Care Coordinator using the "Call Care Team" button on the home page of your Starling mobile app. Calling this number will put you in a queve to speak with your care coordinator. If they are unavalible during that time, they will be notified you requested a touchpoint and call you back within 2 business hours. Your Care Coordinator is available Monday-Friday from 8:30am-5pm.
Your Starling Care Coordinator can also help you save the UTI prevention program number directly to you contacts in your phone.
