Your Starling Medical app has been configured via the phone number you provided during your enrollment. Your profile is unique to you, so no username or passwords are required.

If you are unable to locate the email with this special link or if you have deleted the Starling Medical app and reinstalled it - the setup link can easily be re-sent to you.
