We understand you might be away from UrinDx (ur-in-dex) for a few days. Simply reach out to your provider and message the starling support through the chat support in the app. The team will place a temporary pause on your device.
If you will be away for longer than 2 weeks and wish to take UrinDx with you, please notify the Support Team at least 2 weeks before your trip so they can mail you an additional anchor.
