Contacting your care coordinator is super easy right from the Starling app!
You can contact your Care Coordinator by clicking the "Contact my Nurse" button found on the Profile screen of your Starling mobile app. Calling this number will put you in a queue to speak with your care coordinator. If they are unavailable during that time, they will be notified you requested a touchpoint and call you back within 2 business hours.
