Pause and resume device usage

We want our users to make the most out of their UrinDx (ur-in-dex) and health information. If you no longer wish to use the UrinDx - or simply need a break - you are free to keep it. Simply reach out to Starling Medical’s Support Team to notify them via the app or website.

Once you have decided to resume usage, please contact our Support Team to assist you in restoring your device communication.

Otherwise if you've had it for over 6 months, please dispose of the device in accordance with your local recycling and waste disposal practices and requirements. If you're device has not been used for 6 months, Starling will send you a shipping label to return the device for refurbishment.
