When installing your anchor, there are many steps that can be confusing. Please keep in mind:
A clean area is necessary to installing an anchor. We provide alcohol wipes to wipe down the spot.
You should take your device and anchor, attach them together, and use them to simulate what the setup will look like in the toilet and where you will attach your device.
After you install your anchor and just attach the adhesive, you need to press on the anchor to ensure the anchor sticks properly. You should press in the center of the anchor, also pressing from the center to each edge to get air bubbles out. Press for a total of 60 seconds.
After setting up your anchor, do not use flush that toilet for 45 minutes. If you have not counted the setup time, wait at least more time than when you remember setting up the anchor. Setting up the anchor right before bed also works really well to leave time for the anchor to set.
